Toronto & Ottawa! Two Big Shows In Two Days! Dream Jefferson & Crush Buildings!

May 19, 2010

Toronto and Ottawa, we`ve got two big shows in two days:

Toronto – Thursday, May 20 @ Rancho Relaxo: IndieCredit featuring Dream Jefferson, LSD Spider & Serb Superb

From the Facebook Event Page:

We launched the indiecredit initiative at the Rancho Relaxo on January 29, and raised $500. The fund-raising is still going strong, with $6200 loaned to entrepreneurs in the developing world through microloan organization Kiva.

Can’t argue with that!  Anybody who missed the free Dream Jefferson show should make sure to go see this.  Now, it’s not free, but, what could be better than seeing three great bands and having your money go towards a great cause?

Ottawa – Friday, May 21 @ Zaphods: Crush Buildings “Things Luminous” Release Party featuring Paramedics

The countdown continues (like 2012, but for the better of mankind).  Join Crush Buildings and opening band Paramedics, playing their first live show, to celebrate the release of Things Luminous, the follow-up to their 2008 release “Surrender Sleep”.  The band’s 5-piece live persona will be playing the new EP in its entirity, so make sure to come out, enjoy the unveiling in style, and walk away with a copy of 12 (Christmas IS right around the corner, guys.  Okay, so 6 months or so.  It’s a big corner) so you can relive the experience again and again.

For those eager fans out there who wish to familiarize themselves with the EP prior to the show so they can sing along or whatever (mouth the words to the bartenders while they make you a drink), you can make your way over to Crush Buildings’ Bandcamp.com site to purchase it for $5!  S’clusive!
